The catalogue of an exhibition of printed objects which chronicle more than a century of literary publishing in British Columbia: compiled by Robert Bringhurst and published by the Vancouver book seller William Hoffer. This catalogue serves as a partial chronicle of literary publishing in British Columbia from the arrival of the first printing press in 1856 up to the exhibition in 1984. It also includes a listing of contemporary practitioners.
